All translations done in-house

At AFC we believe that the best translation is done manually and not by an auto-generated software, we therefore do all our translations in-house. This allows for the use of precise and uniform wording and terminology. To meet and surpass the expectations of our clients, all translations go through 3 proofreading cycles. Before completing a project, the final proofreading is done by the owner of AFC herself, to ensure that the work is completed to the highest quality. We do not subcontract our work out to agencies, as we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards and take great pride in the work we do.

Responsiveness and reliability!

In order to guarantee client satisfaction, we maintain high response rates. Our emails are answered within 2 hours, 7 days a week, 6 A.M. to 10 P.M. Eastern Time. When taking on a new project, we make sure to establish a timeframe that is suitable for both parties to guarantee that projects are completed in a timely manner. Our productivity and organization skills have allowed us to consistently submit projects on time, if not earlier. Our timeliness and quick delivery have gained us a very loyal clientele.
